Felicity Clark is a recent convert to the beauty and power of Japanese instruments including taiko, shakuhachi and shinobue. She studied shakuhachi with Grand Master Riley Lee for a Masters degree at the Sydney Conservatorium of Music from 2009-2011 and Felicity is now working on a PhD about TaikOz, Australia's premiere taiko ensemble.

During her postgraduate degrees Felicity has been awarded a Board of Governors' Scholarship along with the Australia Day Award for Excellence by the National Council of Women. Felicity sings with a renaissance vocal ensemble called Capella Sublima and various professional choirs around Sydney. She has also performed with groups and companies including Bellatrix Recorder Quartet, The Devil's Consort, Bell Shakespeare, Sydney Theatre Company and TaikOz. Felicity was formerly the President of the Australian Shakuhachi Society.
